2009-12-31: Happy New Year!!!!!
New Years this year
was less than last year...for the adults. For Anthony it was much more fun.
He got to go to the Discovery Museum and see the Happy New Years Noon Ball
Drop (for kids). It was hokey, but fun. Anthony got to hang out by the water
for
a bit too. The end of the evening saw Daddy catching the last few seconds
of the real ball drop while everyone else was in bed. ......Let's hope this
year is better than the last nine.

Noon Ball drop: Kinda hokey and very short without much fan fare. Some parents
complained, while we decided to get the hell out of there quick to avoid
the mad rush to the parking lot. (The place was packed with kids.)
